Quality

The word Quality forms part of our company name and as such is an indicator to the philosophy the company has been built on. Since our formation in 2001 we have committed to a ridged training regime, all of our employees has either achieved or is working towards an NVQ level 2 or higher and is in possession of a valid CSCS card. All new operatives to the company are trained and assessed to the same standards.

We also have regular material and product familiarisation courses to keep our employees up to date with the latest products. We constantly evolve our installation and process techniques to encompass and reflect the latest innovations in equipment and materials.

To become an approved installer on some of our specialist materials our installation teams would have been trained to the required levels expected and audited by our supplier.

Our works are carried out to the appropriate British and European Standards. We are accredited to Quality Standard ISO 9001 and we gained certification for our High Friction Surfacing to BBA/HAPAS Type 1 standard.

As part of our ISO 9001 Quality Standard we operate a rigid quality system which is independently audited to the required standard on an annual basis.
