The markings are created from the highest quality preformed thermoplastic, which is organically pigmented throughout the thickness of the material, resulting in markings that will not fade overtime like painted markings or lower quality thermoplastics. The material we use is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, contains no lead or chromates and can last 10 times longer than traditional paint. You can select from standard templates or create your very own designs.

Bespoke school logos and crests can be created from a digital image that replicate the same stunning details and colours of the original design and to any size!

Why should we use Preformed Thermoplastic?

Preformed Thermoplastic is a highly durable non-slip marking system that provides a long term solution for creative playground markings.

Can you do conventional paint playground markings?

Yes we can, although this is normally restricted to court markings, netball / tennis etc. For increased durability and long-term colour retention we promote the use of Preformed Thermoplastic.

Can you recreate our School Crest?

If you can provide a digital jpg file of your logo, literally any design of School Logo or Crest can be replicated and in any size. We can advise on a suitable size to fit your budget and area requirements.

How long do they last?

We would expect Preformed Thermoplastic to last up to 10 times longer than traditional paint, with markings we applied back in our first year of trading (2001) still being used today!

Are The Materials You Use Environmentally Friendly?

All of our Thermoplastic Materials are lead free. We have stopped using damaging and dangerous Chlorinated Rubber Paints and are using Waterborne Acrylic Resin paints wherever possible. All of our preformed Thermoplastic Markings are non-toxic, organically Pigmented and contain no lead or chromates. QMS have been at the forefront of promoting and using environmentally products since 2001.
